In the end, that is what is most important. The owners have personally driven me home after dropping off my car, talk about great customer service! They always answer any questions that we may have. I trust their recommendations regarding repair work. For instance, my daughter had an older used car, it broke down and was in need of some major repair work and they were honest enough to say ""Hey, the car isn't worth enough to put all of this money into."" And they were right, it was time to purchase a new car for her. A lot of shops would not have been so forthcoming.
