Well on Tuesday, Feb. 28, I got a call from Transmission Magician around 1:30 or 2 in the afternoon, from a female, and she asked me if I was David Barr and I said yes. Then, she says, well John called you this morning, why didn't you answer or call back? (With the "TONE IN HER VOICE"). I told her I just got home from the hospital where I had been all day, but she did put John on the phone and we re-scheduled for Thursday at 11am. I did, and he did his test and said he doesn't think it is in the tranny, and that made me smile. He then spent some time hunting for a certain socket, then was under the dash and I heard him tighten something, and, IT IS LIKE BRAND NEW! My point is, I still believe in Johns ability abd his work. His customer service by front office needs something.
