Transitions for Women offers women a 12 step based step down program where they can begin at a higher level of care (PHP) with groups 5 days a week and gradually transition through Intensive Outpatient 3-4 days a week, to Outpatient level of care at 1 group per week. This strategy of progression through multiple levels of care is the most successful method to gaining long term recovery, especially for ladies who have struggled with relapse.. You can be immersed into our sober living environment or live in the community and attend treatment with our sober living patients.
Services are provided to women eighteen and older.
Our program uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT),Seeking Safety,and Motivational Interviewing techniques.
We provide a safe,therapeutic nurturing environment which allows you to find your path to long term sobriety and recovery.
* 6 month program with a 3 month minimum verbal commitment.
* 9-20 hours of weekly groups.
* Individual sessions weekly
Transition from treatment to your life in recovery— work,college,trade school or on the job training opportunities.
ASAM approved Medical Director.
Suboxone,Vivitrol,Naltraxone and other medically assisted treatment clients accepted.
Sliding fee schedule for uninsured patients,available.
Convenient Oregon State approved DUII Diversion program available with private or group setting.
Transitions for Women provides discrete,office-based treatment for Alcoholism/Addiction in a peaceful practice setting. This form of treatment is ideal women 18 and older,who are interested in developing and using new skills to create a recovery based life while living and interaction in the community. All clinical treatment is provided in a professional medical office building in a HIPPA Compliant private office.
