Affordable Condos 12/14/2010

I'm currently renting a Condo in Flushing. The rooms are very stylish and my children love it here. I used to live in the Bronx and when I found the apartments here I was astonished. The luxury condos were selling at a 35% discount. I think it might be because of the economy but I'm not sure. The houses are steals for the price they're offering. more

I did business with this company and live in a neighborhood where many of the homes were constructed by Transcorp. On a personal level, the employees of Transcorp hold themselves to a high sense of integrity. They conduct thorough reviews for any complaint I had and actually came personally to my home to repair the plumbing system when my Insurance would not cover it. The amazing thing was that it was not covered in the contract. They did it for me for free and when I asked the company owner why, he said because he saw that I had few other options and believed every home he built should be built to last, even if the contract did not state it. My neighbors have told me of similar stories. more

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. 5/14/2008

This company constructs sloppy homes, you will be fixing everything as soon as the warranty is up and if you encounter a problem during the first year, transcorp will ignore you until you get tired or until the year is up, they hate the consumer, have no courtesy for homeowners and should be banned from building another home in the state of new york. Cons: TTWO HUMBS DOWN more
