I love coming to Trans - I'm still a white belt and have only gone for a little over two months. Great people and instructors, excellent martial arts training provided in various styles - I am doing Muay Tai Kickboxing. A fighters/sparring program as well as Tae Kwon do (and probably several others that I might miss-spell). Each class is an excellent workout, but most important is the energy there - I feel like I am in a place where I can learn to focus, and discipline myself and my body. The atmosphere is very positive, filled with smiling people there to great workout, and improve their bodies as well as their minds. You can be extremely fit, and also gain the self-confidence of knowing self defense. I say get rid of your gym membership that you don't use and come here!

Cons: Not enough people know about Trans...yet, so call them for a trial membership
