In general I have had decent, not great - but decent, customer service at Tranquility. Today (a Sunday) was an exception. As I came in, the sales person came out of a back room and asked if there was something he could QUICKLY do to help me. Since I was there of some filter material, it would be a quick transaction. BTW, I was the only customer in the store.\r
He seemed to be in a big rush through the entire transaction and would only sell the material in a size (thus price) larger than I wanted and gave me some attitude when I showed my displeasure for the policy. That being said, I told him that I was complaining about the policy, not about him. \r
After a thoroughly unsatisfying transaction, his final comment was ""I have your money, I can afford do be disingenuous"". Needless to say, I will not be back soon.
