They do not care about your time and they have been very rude and charged a lot of money after a few months of going there I finally realized that my insurance would not cover the medications they wanted to prescribe me once they found that out they actually told me they could not treat me. They just want people who are willing to spend a lot of money on cosmetic treatments. Also what ever you do don't take your child there for acne treatment . They told my 14 year old that they had a wonder cure for his severe acne but did not check to see if my insurance covered it he got all excited only to be let down when we found out it was $500 dollars . Do not go here!!!!!!! more

I set an appt to have the nurse practitioner look at a persistant rash on my chin. I arrived at 3:10 for a 3:20 appointment, filled out my paperwork, and waited. And waited. And waited. I am not quite sure what right physicians' offices think they have to keep you waiting with no explanation. Finally at 4:05 I approached the front desk and said I had to leave for another meeting. She casually said, ""oh, yeah, she [the nurse practitioner] is running behind this afternoon"". I think it is rude and inconsiderate for any business to keep you waiting for 30, 40, 50 minutes. I typically try to schedule the 1st appt after lunch or 1st in the morning so I don't run into this problem, but I let my guard down this time. I will also remember to call before heading to the appointment to check to see if the practitioner is on time that day. This is not unique to this practice. However, I would expect an apology from them for wasting my time. more
