TraMontana has been one of my favorite places to go since my husband & I moved to the Dallas area. We feel fortunate to has discovered it, as It's tucked away in it's own little nook. I would say it's an innovative use of a small space, and owners did a great job of making it cozy. I didn't expect to be comfortable enough to stay the 2+ hours we stayed there during our first visit, but shortly after the friendliness of the staff and the soft candlelight everywhere begins to take it's toll, you start to feel right at home. All entrees are an experience in themselves, but for the real treat - get a souffle! They do take 45 minutes to prepare, so when your server asks you halfway through your meal if you would like dessert, be prepared to give your choice!
Cons: I've never had a problem parking right across the street so I can't figure out the need for valet parking.
