I have nothing but positive things to say about TRAK! Initially, I met my Recruiter, as she was my customer at my other job as a Wedding Consultant. I mentioned to her that I was in search of an additional part-time job that could act as an internship, gaining experience in my field before I graduate from college next year. She was so helpful and enthusiastic about it all! She really stayed on top of things and called me with several opportunities in the Marketing field for me. My Recruiter appreciated my busy schedule as a full-time college student who had a job already and she worked very diligently to accommodate that.\r \r Suddenly, a position within the walls of TRAK Group became available involving Marketing. First off I want to start by saying its hard right now to find a good or even great job with the way economy is going right now not to mention that most companies depend on temp services now to filter out the not so qualified. These companies don't have the time anymore to see a million people so using a temp services helps them. I lost my job in Aug and I filled out job posting all over to be honest when employers were calling me back I had to ask what position was this for and what company. Now I have had bad experience with temp jobs before but not all the same. Amy Haag gave me a call one day and started to explain that there was a position that she wanted to go over with me obviously looking over my resume seeing I was qualified for this spot. So she explained the position and what it consists of and hours and everything that follows. At that point I was interested in this opportunity so she sets me up for a face to face interview. Getting a chance to meet with each other and for her also to get to know me better. The position she had in mind for me was taking some time to fill so I told her to just move on to another position if there is one available at the time there wasn't but Amy took into consideration my available location and hours that I needed due to having a child which I appreciated most companies do not care. As we were waiting for something to open Amy contacted me every 3 or 4 days to check and let me know that she hasn't forgot and keeping me posted on what was going on.. After about a week I still wasn't having any luck with anyone else on getting a job. I was at the point of giving up with in a few hours of that day I received a phone call from Amy letting me know a position has opened and i was the first to be contacted about it. She explained the hours location and the details regarding the position and of course I wanted to further the next steps into the interview with the company not only did Amy set the interview up same day she sent me great advice of what will help in the interview. What not to say, I will say this some of you think because you do good in one interview does not mean you will do that good in everyone it just doesn't happen and anyone can always use a few pointers to help its about becoming better not just okay. If someone has faith in you and know you have great potential to be a great employee they will devote their time to you and that's exactly what Amy did for me she called me 2 days in advance and even went over some normal interview questions gave me words of advice that will only help me get the job. So for my overall experience Trak is a great company to work with and If there were ever another time I'm to be unemployed i would come back. Now for the people who want to be angry there job didn't work its not anyone's fault but your own their job is to get you set up and into the job what you do to mess that up is on you. Be mad you messed up not try to blame someone else for your mistakes. I'm very happy with the results not only that getting the job makes it even better. Thanks Amy you guys are the best more
