if pictures say thousand words..wonder what the video says.. anyways, after seeing reviews of this hotel and everyone saying to watch the video on the motels website and make your decision and I like that idea...the hotel has more than one video and all of their room types of video so you can see yourself, they all look like renovated rooms.
I made my reservations based on the videos and I was very well pleased with the comfortable beds, rooms were on ground floor and the rooms were equipped with In room coffee maker which the hotel website hasn't updated but I did like the idea of having my coffee when I wanted in the room.
all of the rooms are on ground floor except there is a one two story building in the center of hte motel and not sure if there is a room there or not but the entire hotel is one floor. I liked that idea as I didn't have to carry my luggage or things up and down the stairs like many other hotels in area.
The rooms were very spacious. My room had King size bed, computer desk, fridge, microwave, in room coffee ( my fav.), iron/ironing board for my clothes :), closet, armoire cabinets with drawers and I could leave my door to see one of the kansas torrential rain storm.
Stayed here during the tornado outbreaks and was pleased to know that the hotel has tornado shelter (basement), which from hearing in news most hotels in tornado zone do not have so felt safer when the storms rolled in .
service of the owners were just great... it is family owned hotel for over 20 years and they care about their customers and they were very helpful including the son helped me carry my luggage in my room and help me set up my internet.
overall, this is a very pleasant experience and highly suggest go check out the videos of rooms ... it speaks a millions of words...
