Terry arrived at approximately 4:45 on Wednesday Oct.9, 2016 to perform a yearly tune up on my oil burner. Upon Terry's arrival I had a few questions on the burner operation and hot water settings for the heating season.Terry was very polite and responsive and answered all my questions. Terry then performed the system tuneup and on completion he explained the status of my burner and what he did. Terry is an excellent representative of Trager Oil and handles himself in a professional manner. more

We had Tragar once again at our house to change our old pipes near the oil burner and once again we had the pleasure of having yet another great guy-- Tom C come to our house. All I can say is it doesn't get better than this guy. - efficient- mannerly- funny- told a joke or 2 - listened to my mom who is very sick and just did a fantastic job. !! We have been with Tragar for yearsssss.. This young man was so polite , courteous , friendly , intelligent and so adorable. He knew his job - he did it well. He listened as my sick mom told him lil stories and he was so polite and happy . Terry knows his job and was possibly the best traggar person we have had .
