The property managers are trained to show you the model unit, get a credit application, and take a non-refundable deposit. The only thing is, there are no available units at the time, and they know this. It's a scam to get money for just running your credit, fully aware that you won't get in. Do not leave money for any reason. The credit check fee is nothing more than a fee you're paying to look inside a model unit. You will not get it back. more

I can spend an entire day writing about how this company/ property is the worst place to rent from. First, the people that ""manage"" the property have no idea what's going on. Since moving in, we have gone through 4 or 5 different property managers. They've lied about everything. Please know I'm too upset to write about all the un-kept promises. I'm too exhausted in dealing with these people that the fact we had no hot water for nearly a month should've raised a red flag.(But we were too nice to complain the way we really should have). I plan on calling the better BBB, an attorney, and all the media outlets.\r Please be very CAUTIOUS when dealing with this company.
