good price range 4/15/2006

if you are looking for descent food that's organic and healthy and don't want to pay the prices at Whole Paycheck...I mean Whole Foods, then this is the place for you. the have really good frozen meals, too, so if you don't cook (or can't cook) you can still eat descent food that tastes great without having to buy take out every night. more

Who doesn't love Trader Joe's 11/3/2005

Seriously....gourmet items at bargain prices? Is this for real? Trader Joe's is the real deal and it is a great supplement to a regular grocery store. They don't have a large enough selection for it to be your only grocery store, but it s a nice supplement. THe sell flowers, produce (great prices on prewashed salad mixes!), some meats, lots of cheeses, and standard grocery items like dairy, bread, cereal, etc. A lot of the items are house brands. Don't miss the daffodils they sell every year in March, 10 stems for 99 cents! more

great grocery store 8/20/2005

Trader Joe's at 727 Sunnyvale Saratoga Road in Sunnyvale is my favorite grocery store. They have both organic and regular items. I like them for their huge wine selection and their low prices. They have expanded from just a small shop with a few organic items to a real grocery store that can satisfy your needs. I like the fact that they have many items without preservations and trans fatty additives. They are definitely for people who are concerned about what is added to our food. more

Trader Joe's supermarket is a loosely organized place where shoppers can buy products not found in other grocery stores. This unique shop offers distinct products ranging from pre-cooked gyros to hand prepared chocolate. Trader Joe's often has a daily sample of a special item and free coffee. Besides the exotic selection of food and wines, this place also offers ordinary groceries like milk, eggs, cereal, and produce. But obsessive compulsive buyers beware: All of Trader Joe's foods are not name brands! more

Cheap prices for gourmet groceries! 7/28/2005

The best place to buy groceries around! We love their home made pizza dough, wide selection of frozen foods, sauces, cheeses. And of course the 2 buck chuck! more
