An excellent job on repair of a tranny that had become a piece of junk.The in-shop time was short allowing me to have the truck back in about 2-3 days thus reducing the hassle of borrowing a vehicle. The transmission has performed very well--almost like having a new vehicle. Thanks guys! more

Troy, was a life saver when I was borrowing my mom's car because mine broke and then again after a trip or two or three of seeing Ford it started acting up. Each time they said they got it. and for a couple months they were right but then it would start acting up again and now we are going on two or three months and it is still running better then it has in a couple years. When my brakes started to fail, I panicked. I called Trademark Transmissions and they not only offered to check my brakes for free, but also were able to get my Jeep in right away. The service was excellent (they even drove me back to my house and picked me up) and my car was done that day. The staff is knowledgeable and the friendliest I've encountered. I just had my transmission rebuilt on my newer model Chevy pickup by Troy and his crew. Troy and Kenny went out of their way to give me a great rebuild at a more than fair price. They installed a lot of heavy duty/high performance parts which should really help the longevity, and they did it at a price that is still probably less than another shop would charge for a standard build. I also like the fact that it comes with a 3year/36,000 mile warranty! Troy also took the time to explain everything that they were doing in detail, and why. Thanks, guys! Trademark Transmissions has done several things on numerous cars of mine. They have gone above and beyond, especially in the area of service. One example of the work they did was on my work car, an older Honda. The guys who did the work gave me an estimate with the cost. After they did the work, I looked at the receipt and it was $12 more than the bid for an extra part they needed to use. I jokingly told the manager that I saw the old bait and switch, but he didn't even question the difference. He stuck to the price that I was quoted. That's something you won't find in most auto shops. It was just unbelievable. Trademark Transmissions gets all the work on all my cars now. Good mechanics are few and far between, and you won't find any better -- I guarantee it. I have some good friends who are mechanics, and I hate to say it, but they are just blown away by the guys at Trademark Transmissions. more

I drove my old truck all the way to Albany from Salem at the advice of a friend. The '84 GMC was just acting and sounding weird. Anyway, the guys got started at the appointed time, and everybody made me feel comfortable hanging out there for a few hours. They could have told me ANYTHING, and I would have believed it...but as it turned out, I had neglected some basic maintenence on the old truck. My fault. They corrected my mistakes and even taught me a thing or two. The truck feels and sounds healthy, and I wanted to say "THANK YOU ALL" more

I took my Camry to TradeMark for their "free" brake check. I was fully expecting to get a report that I needed a set of brakes. I was pleaslantly surprised when Kenny explained that all I needed was to have the dust removed and that I still had plenty of life left on the brakes. You can bet I will take my car to him when I do need to replace them. He treated me with respect even when he knew I knew nothing about cars or brakes, and asked "odd" questions. more

It was my first time using Trademark Transmissions, and I am very satisfied with them. They do things in a fairly timely manner and are a real professional shop. Everything was clean at the shop, and their customer service was good. They took care of me pretty quickly. I had a vacuum leak in my engine, and they were able to find the leak when no one else had been able to locate it. They found it, fixed it, and got my truck running. They were able to resolve my problem. They offer what I consider a very professional level of courtesy and customer service. They were straightforward about resolving any problems or issues I had in a timely manner, and I am sure they will always fine the appropriate manner to get any problems fixed. more
