While so many schools in the area seem to focus only on either fitness-only styled classes or classes only kids would enjoy, Tracy's was the only school I found to be offering legitimate MMA classes (which is ironically a better workout than a ""fitness only"" styled class) and separate instruction for either children, families, and adults. The instructors are all professionals with years of experience, and they have the most flexible schedule I found anywhere (10am-9pm Mon-Sat). I even get my own personal training session (1 on 1) every week! I think anyone who checks them out will be glad they did. more

Tracy's Karate & Mixed Martial Arts Schools are an establishment and an icon of Vallejo martial arts. They even pioneered MMA in the 80's and early 90's before MMA was even called MMA! I've been training at this studio for years, and even my parents studied here back in the late 60's-early 70's. They really have their act together. I'm thankful to be able to have such top notch instructors, and be able to train at such a quality karate school. From their proven self defense courses to their intense and effective Mixed Martial Arts program, they truly have all your needs covered for the Vallejo-Benicia-American Canyon areas. They have something for the whole family too with their special programs just for children and programs where the whole family can study together for the same price as one.
