I feel like I'm getting good work at a fair price. 10/18/2011

I'm not a car gal, nor do I usually feel comfortable when I'm talking with mechanics, but every time I go to Tracy's I feel like I'm getting good work at a fair price. The first time I brought my car in it was the Friday before a holiday weekend, and they stayed after hours to make sure I had my car back asap. They are nice, friendly, and is straightforward when it comes to their work. They don't try to sell you on things you don't need, and they charge a good rate for the work that needs to get done. more

I have been taking my 2003 Honda into Tracy's Auto for nearly 2 years now. the staff there are always patient, trustworthy and honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. They have saved me hundreds of dollars on service. It is well worth a visit. more

I was definitely not disappointed. Tracy's Automotive will literally bend over backwards to make sure that your car is properly serviced, that you pay as little as possible and that all of your questions are answered. He will also take the time to explain what he did to your car, why he did it and even the engineering background if you're interested. more

Honest and reliable 9/22/2011

I had a great experience at Tracy's Automotive. I got to the shop on a Saturday morning by 9am, no wait, my car was serviced quickly and the owner was very attentive. They pointed out that my hood rod was missing a protective tip and recommended that I visit the dealership to get it replaced because they did not have the part in stock. more

I have to thank the front desk personnel and the technician who worked on my vehicle. I am very particular about my vehicles and only take them if for things I can not do myself. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the alignment done on my modified Mustang was done quickly and properly with no issues. Thank you! more

This place shock me at how quickly that could do their job. They are on point with everything. I don't even have to tell them what's wrong with the car. They can tell by the sound of the car. Thorough and Honest 8/16/2011

I really appreciate the honesty and thorough service Tracy's Auto provides. My car was on the verge of being ""totaled"" due to some timing belt, and water pump issues, but Tracy's Auto saved my car and me from having to to spend a fortune. They took really good care of me, and I really appreciate it. I will always recommend their services to everyone. more

I can't recommend Tracy's Auto high enough. 8/11/2011

Having gone to many different shops to service my car, it's great to finally found Tracy's Auto. It really feels like taking your car to a good friend rather than some of the less than above board shops where you're constantly worried about how you're going to be gouged next. I can't recommend Tracy's Auto high enough, I send all my friends there and if you want one less worry, you should go there too! more

Good service on short notice. 8/1/2011

The air conditioning died on our car during the hopefully-soon-to-be-a-memory heat wave of 2011. Took the car in with no appointment and they were able to squeeze it in. Problem was explained. Solutions were provided with cost and time options. I know these kinds of repairs are never cheap if done right, and I was pleased the total came in below what I estimated spending. Being slightly stranded until repairs were completed, I settled into the chairs in the lounge area. Passed out briefly. They had mercy on me and allowed a change on the television. Thank you, Tim, and the great service guy that worked on the car. more

Great Service 7/27/2011

This place was great! I went in for an alignment and to have a vibration checked out after my wife hit a curb with the help of some ice. They didn't give me any BS or try to up-sell me. They can do all the servicing on my car so I will definitively be back there again. more

This is the first auto repair shop that I haven't worried about being taken for a ride. The shop is clean, comfortable, mechanics are uniformed, professional, and friendly. Prices are reasonable. more
