Just in my last 2 visits you have new counter help and they seem happy to help when I had come in before it was like they couldnt be bothered with business I am from okla and you were refered to me by andy johnson as iam only home on weekends and some times I cant get it fixed over the weekend so I come to you thak you for your help more

Great customer service!!!!!!\r \r Until today I hadn't given Tracy's much thought. I live nearby and was already having my car serviced elsewhere. However, I stopped by with Tracy's on W. 21st. N with a new 22X9.50-12 mower tire and wheel that I was having trouble with getting to properly seal/inflate. These guys were very proffessional and eager to help in any way they could. As a result, they have won my future business. more

What a nice change! I've been bringing my car in for oil changes for a year and have just now decided to try them on my other scheduled maintanance items. They were right on the money and gave me all my replaced parts. They didn't do needless repairs/part replacement. I'm a very happy camper! I will be back next week with my fleet car. more

Professionalism not seen 8/8/2013

I was disappointed to see how Tracey's has changed. The employees were on their phones laughing at things viewing. It was hard to believe what they had to say because it seemed only that they were trying to make a quick buck. I also experienced another customer coming back in for oil change complaint. Not the same professional atmosphere as before. more

Fast, Friendly, and Knowledgeable Service 8/4/2013

Every time I take one of my vehicles in to Tracy's for service or repair I am highly pleased with the work they do. The service jobs are typically under an hour, even when they seem to be very busy. Any repair work that has been completed for me is always excellent and reliable. The customer service is always top notch. It is nice to have a place to take my car that is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. more

As usual the service was prompt and top notch. I asked them to check some extra things for me and they pulled my truck around back after the oil change and had a tech take a quick look at it for me at no cost. Thats what keeps me coming back! more

questionable estimate 7/16/2013

I was told I needed over $2400 in equipment and repair. I went to another mechanic shop and they disagreed with most of Tracy's estimate and gave me one for just over $320. After around 10 years of working with Frank at Tracy's #3, I'm taking my business elsewhere. After Frank left, the place was not the same. Last Saturday's estimate was the last straw. more

Front end noise 7/15/2013

Went in to have my car looked at for front end rattling. They found no problems and said the rattle could just be due to age of the car but the front end and suspension is all solid. They did not try to sell me something I didn't need. They could have told me anything and I would have believed it. Honest place to go. more
