What a disappointment of an operation. I stopped in yesterday to do some comparison pricing between GMC, Chevy, Ford and Dodge trucks before I make a purchase. First off the salesman who grabbed me on my way in was eating his lunch at his desk on the showroom. Should have been my first sign....if you are on your lunch break and unavailable then 1) eat in the employee break room or 2) don't grab a new customer. Next, he never shared his business card, which is good for him as I can't share his name here. I opened up our conversation saying what my intentions were; to explore pricing on all of the major truck brands. All I wanted was Tracy's best price on the truck I selected and the value of my trade. I told him what I wanted for my trade and gave him my keys and registration so they could price it. After being sent out on their lot alone to view the truck that had the features I wanted I returned to the showroom. I sat and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, 30 minutes later the salesman came over and asked if I wanted to buy the truck. Umm, maybe. What is the price, what rebates and incentives do you have and what is my trade worth? He tells me he'll get into that after I commit to buying his vehicle. No, dumbass. I told you I have other brands of trucks to look at and price. This is called consumer due diligence. So, how much would I pay for your truck less my trade? He tells me he can't tell me until I show him I am ready to buy his truck. He brings me to the sales managers desk with two other clowns seated behind it and I get the deer in the headlights from the trio when trying to explain to them my simple question: How much? Well, thanks for making my decision an easy one fellas, I'll be buying elsewhere.
