Hard working, true to word 1/22/2012

I thought I had the worst problem. My computer got a bad virus and I thought all my data was gone. That would mean all my invoicing and tax records for three years. Russ @ TPS is an older man, who's been doing this for a long time. He takes his time and is methodical. He treated my data like it was NASA-critical. A week + went by, and I got the phone call that it was all done. Sure enough, every bit I thought was lost was now there. more

Not Recommended 4/6/2006

No customer service ie no upheld business hours or returned calls/emails (owner left town for over 2 weeks and did not let us know or leave any way of making contact to know what had happened). Very expensive and cost estimate was changed after a price had been agreed upon. Work not completed and the company had posession of our computer for 3 months. Cons: Customer Service, Price, Quality of work more
