In addition to the usual suspects (Butter chicken, etc.) they also have dishes that many other Indian restaurants don't. The atmosphere is a cut above, too--understated decor, attentive service. The prices reflect the quality, which makes Amber India more of a treat restaurant than a staple for us, but if you're looking for a really special Indian meal, this is the place.
