Toyota of Slidell

Three stars for our salesman, Gary, he was very nice. 1st off the sales manager called my husband a liar. He tried to say that Toyota never made a base model 2011 sienna with a 6 cylinder engine. My husband showed him the sienna brochure which clearly showed that the vehicle did exist and he said the brochure was wrong. Showed the manager a carfax on a vehicle in Metairie which stated it was a 6 cylinder and he said that the carfax was wrong. On top of all of this... they said we didn't qualify for the best interest rate. Told me that my score was 665 from equifax....that's strange. Since I didn't believe that I went straight home and paid the $7.95 for my report and score from Equifax. It was 53 points higher than they claimed it was. This dealership is crap with a bunch of cocky crooks in charge. Please take the drive to Northshore Toyota in Covington or LakeshoreToyota on the south shore, it will be worth it. Not only were they very respectful but beat the sales manger's price by $4,000. Who doesn't want to save $4,000. Worst experience ever going to this dealership. Don't waist your time.... more

I traded in my 2006 for a 2010 Sienna and got all the bells and whistles that are in the XLE model. My Sales Consultant was the best and I will not buy anywhere else other than Toyota of Slidell. more

I purchased my Sienna from Toyota of Slidell and the experience was wonderfull. Everything from the sales staff to the service department have treated me with respect and honesty. Since I am a woman and feel like I can be taken advantage of, I am always hesitant to go to dealerships. I don't feel that way with Toyota of Slidell. I will continue to do all my automobile business is Slidell and always with Toyota of Slidell. more
