This is are second purchase from your dealership.First was are 2004 4 runner. Up until now that was the best experiance we have had purchasing a car. My wife went back to test drive a Camry after looking at a Corolla. Ken treated her with respect and wasn't pressured or intimidated like some dealerships.He explain to her all the options and treated her as an equal.Most dealership see women as easy targets !The other reason I came back was your service department. They have always been upfront and honest with us,when it comes to our service needs.They realize in this economy people need to stretch every dollar so if certain service can wait they will tell us. I respect that.\r more

I brought my car in for a 30,000 mile check up and had to leave it a little longer than expected. The service was great and the shuttle ride worked out perfectly so that I could leave my car for the day.
