This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They will insult you on your trade in. I should have read the reviews of this dog and pony show before I waisted my time with them. I thank GOD I ended up not doing business with them. What a joke this place is. more

My mother leased a RAV4 from the Toyota dealership, on the I-10 Service Road, in New Orleans,LA.; in 2009. Two years later she stop leasing the vehicle and she purchased the vehicle. This was the first time she had leased a vehicle and she didn't know too much about the procedure. In 2012, she received a parking ticket in Slidell. She was informed that she was being charged for four other illegal acts. All dealing with her illegal license plate. This dealership held her new plate behind that desk and she was unaware of this for one year. She is still going to court for her four tickets and their lack of professional behavior.They have not helped me nor are they interesed in correcting the error. more

I went into Toyota of New Orleans, working with there sister dealership Premier Honda to buy my second car from this dealership duo in less than one year. I walked away lied to, deceived, and horribly frustrated. I processed all information via email before going to the dealership, But upon arrival, I was not welcomed. I was not greeted (let alone enthusiastically). I could not believe that was the way this dealership handles its customers--let alone repeat customers. more

Excellent! Great manager ,very personable and VERY attentive to the customers! I was having a lot of work done to my camry- new orleans pot holes! I was checked on multiple times to make sure I was OK and they made sure I understood exactly what had to be done to the car. I will definately continue to go back to Toyota of New Orleans! more

Friday after talking with used car department on the phone several times. I drove 2 and a half hours from Lafayette to this dealership. I had been assured that the used 4runner I saw on the internet would still be there after my drive from Lafayette and would be ready for me to test drive. I took of of work the rest of the day and proceeded to drive to the dealership. When I got there I was brought out to a used 4runner. The vehicle had a flat tire on it and I was told that they had lost the key to it which should have been fixed before I drove down 2 and a half hours to test drive. After about 30 minutes of waiting someone finally came out and talked to me. He told me that they could not locate the key and that in order to change the tire I would have to pay more money than the advertised price and that I would have to come back on the next morning. Which would have been fine if I had not drove all the way from Lafayette, why would someone tell me to drive down to test drive a car tha more
