I wanted to buy a Rav4 for my wife,, went to Toyota of Hollywood and I was so pleased with the service,, the staff there are very friendly, very helpfull and are willing to spend long time to explain every detail you ask for,, to make it short I loved the service there and I was so happy to get what I want at the end.. Very happy customer of Toyota of Hollywood. If you're thinking of buying a car here--STOP! Go to Pompano NIssan instead. I took my car in for a servicing. While I wait for the car to finish, the third sales man finally persuades me--almost forces me--to buy a new Camry. I actually thought it was a good deal--$449 a month, 0% financing, now money down, best part was they took my old car and brought it back for the pay-off. Really they just sold me a left over Camry for 28k, because when I got the paperwork, it said 2012. I let that slide because it only had 8 miles. But the next week, I get calls from the finance dept., which seemed like solicitation calls. They say I need to come in to discuss an issue--I got no answer when I asked ""What issue?"" One time they mentioned something was wrong with the signed contract--I said ""What's that have to do with me?"" and they hung up on me. So I drove down there from Pompano to see what they wanted. They say they made a mistake on the appraisal of the old car and wanted $500.00 more. It seems like no big deal, but I am not one to pay for other's mistakes, so i said ""no way, I'll take my old Camry back."" They said ok. but charged me $30 dollars a day, plus 1 dollar for each mile driven. So I got charged $750 to return the car. It was worth it, trust me. I would rather pay that and never have to do business with them again. I went to Pompano Nissan with a friend the day before the issue and they said they could have done better. So after this incident happened I called Kelly at Pompano Nissan and asked if his offer stood. I got the 2013 Nissan Altima for nothing down, 0% financing for 60 mos., and $379 mo. Toyota of Hollywood is sneaky, shady and CANNOT be trusted--STEER CLEAR. more

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!\r \r J.C. from the Service Dept. is a gem. He set up an appointment for me to come in on short notice to have my tires looked at. I had a nail in my tire for my 2001 4Runner and it had me worried, J.C. took a look at it and managed to help me get brand new tires, an oil change, a tire alignment and full service for 130K for under $400.00. He even gave me a coupon for my next service....all this while waiting in the comfy waiting area of the dealership. \r \r All this in less than an hour and a half. \r \r GREAT DEALERSHIP!. I researched online details for a New Scion XB versus a Kia Soul and the Nissan Cube. Scion of Hollywood was so prompt with information that I went to that dealer first. I met with Angela who introduced me to Norman, he was very information and after I drove it, I knew that the vehicle I was getting. I received great service and a free dvd player with my purchase, wow impressive. My son loves my XB though he think he just loves watching movies in the back seat. I will send anyone I know looking for a car to see them. more

We had a horrible experience at this dealership. They lied to us about the features of the car, the sticker price (they claimed they couldn't find the sticker - I found it on the drive home in the glove box with a listed price $4,000 LOWER than what they told me). The car had paint chips (which we didn't notice as we took delivery after dark), and one of the sliding doors didn't work from the outside. Took it back the next day and they refused to swap us out to an ""identical"" car on the lot. They did fix all of the problems eventually (it had to go to their BODY SHOP), but their sales manager, Momi, is truly horrible. Not only do I not recommend EVER doing business here, but I urge all to STEER CLEAR of this dealership. more
