We came in to look at a used FJ Cruiser. The salesman has been very good & gave us quite a bit of information. Everything went smoothly.

Overall, we got what we wanted. It took 6 hours though. I think that when a customer says this is the monthly price we can fit into our budget, dealer, sales, and finance should not come back with higher offers. That is what held us up for so long. \r \r Having said that, Rikki Butler, our sales person, was wonderful to work with and made the 6 hours pleasurable! more

Nick was a pleasure to deal with. He is a very accomplished and confident young man. His explanation of purchasing a new vehicle was outstanding. He is knowledgeable of the vehicles and was a font of information about my new Highlander. I have already referred him to a friend. \r \r Your service department is excellent. We were introduced to Mr. Shawn Vaughn, given a brief tour of the facility, and then introduced to Mr. Aman Sheikh. We found him to be extremely personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We looked at several RAV4s, took one for a test drive, and then were offered a weekend to use it. We ultimately decided to purchase another RAV4 model, and that was shipped from another location. We were kept informed of its arrival and it came with everything we had requested. It was, all in all, an excellent car buying experience. We feel we were treated very well, were not pressured to purchase, and received exactly the car that we wanted at a very good price. more

I was very impressed not only with the vehicle ? style, features and price ? but very, very impressed with the sales experience. It was comfortable, open and never pushy. I felt like I got a very good deal without have to haggle or play any kind of back-and-forth game with sales people. I have no complaints about any part of the experience. more

I have just purchased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma at Toyota of Boerne. Katie Pieterse helped me to make the right choice. I have leased and brought vehicles before. My nieghbors had brought 2 vehicles from Toyota of Boerne. I made the call Friday, told Katie what I was looking for. As soon as I got thier, she met me and we got to bussiness. I have never felt the comfort at a dealership like I felt here. This is a family enviroment bussiness and what I saw while I was there is that this bussiness is a Christian enviroment. I would tell anyone who is looking to buy an vehicle is to give Toyota of Boerne a chance to serve you. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had in purchasing 12 new vehicles in 38 years. On a customer satisfaction scale of 1 to 10, my experience working with Mike Malononey was definitely a 20.
