Great service experience. Picked up a gigantic nail in my rear passenger tire and thought I would have to get the tire replaced or spend all day waiting on it. Service dude was friendly, I had a cup of free coffee and checked my email (free wifi) and they were able to patch my tire and get me back on the road. Maybe 30 minutes in the store with no prior appointment. Kudos to Chris and the rest of the Service team! more

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I dropped my 2012 car off for a maintenance repair and come back and there was a scratch that extended across the hood along with numerous scratches and scuffs along the passenger side of the vehicle. If you like poor customer service and diminished value of your vehicle then this is the place for you. OTHERWISE AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT more

Nice enough experience 1/30/2010

People there were pretty nice, guy that sold me the car was patient and knowledgeable, and wasn't too pushy, the overall process didn't take as long as expected. I'd recommend it. They also have a nice pre-owned section. Pros: Friendly, patient, fairly quick process Cons: I mean, car salesmen are car salesmen more
