dont spend your money and time. This is a store that needs some improvement in costumer service. Its a kids store !!! Better atitude would be a start! really desapointed! more

Local toy store 8/21/2005

Toy Chest is a little toy store in wrest hartford center. They have all sorts of toys. It is nicer than a toys r us and they have specialty toys for smart kids. They have lots of puzzles and things like that. Kids love the place. They also have a whole section for baby items like cribs and strollers. A little pricey but a nice store more

Good high quality toys 8/21/2005

This place is for the spoiled West Hartford child. The toys are beautiful and expensive but of high quality. This is the place to buy gifts for that little special someone. Also a large assortment of cribs and child beds which can be helpful. The staff can sometimes be a bit rude to kids for a Toy shop, but just leave the kids in the car. Worth the trip with lots of parking and in the Center more
