PHENOMENAL Customer Service !!! Unfortunately, I waited to the very last minute to shop for my Godson. I live in Southern California, in a panic I went online hoping I could find a Toy Store who would be able to hand deliver (yeah right I know, I said hand deliver) a present on Christmas Eve (yes I did said say Christmas Eve). Well, I have to tell you Christmas came early for me, as within a few minutes from my online purchase The Toy Box in Hanover sent me an email, first thanking me for my business (YES, that's correct, I did say thay were thanking me for my business) and the said ABSOLUTELY they would be able to deliver my Godson's present by Christmas, today being December 23rd. How's that for Customer Service and SO refreshing, I thought that type of Customer Service was all in the past when my parents were growing up!!! All's I can say is, Thank you VERY, VERY, VERY and if I hand't mentioned it, V E R Y MUCH The Toy Box, you're the ABSOLUTE VERY BEST in the Business !!! more

Shopping at this store is always a pleasure. For me, as well as my children, because they are welcome to PLAY!!! while I shop. The owner is a really helpful person who KNOWS HER STUFF!! Whatever age you are shopping for, in whatever budget, she can make suggestions sure to be a hit. I highly recommend taking a ride over, you will be glad you did! more

When I enter the store, usually someone is showing a customer how to play this or that new game, like the balance boad this morning. more

I wanted to take a moment to say that I had an outstanding experience in this store today. I have not purchased toys for years as my children are grown now. So my temptation was to go to a Toys R Us to get something popular. But, I am so pleased that I took the trip to Hanover. more

The Toy Box is an inviting and friendly place to shop. They have a very generous return policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return for a refund w/ receipt or store credit. Wow! That is awesome, plus they provide complimentary gift wrapping on all purchases. more

Congratulations of 35 years in business. A wonderful staff led by a beautiful owner. The families of the south shore are very fortunate to have such vibrant and inviting community space to shop and play. Keep up the great work you are all doing! more
