This place keeps the spirit of the all-night East Coast diner alive. The chrome and neon exterior sets the mood, and the mind-boggling menu and good-quality, no-frills food completes the picture. Although there are some adventurous entrees on the menu, you can't go wrong with any of their diner classics: burgers, eggs, bacon, toast, tuna salad, BLTs -- and don't miss the chicken noodle soup or the gyros! The prices here are reasonable, though not quite the bargain typical of classic diners. You will not be disappointed, either by the portions or the taste. The food is honest and unpretentious, and with a selection this large everyone can find something to enjoy. more

Towson Diner 3/7/2006

If you find yourself hungry at 1 am in the Baltimore suburbs, this is a great option. I've had many a decent meal at the Towson Diner, which has just the right blend of nostalgia and modern fixtures. Waits here can be LONG on weekend mornings, but evenings aren't nearly as crowded. I'd stick with the burgers and sandwiches, but I haven't heard a complaint yet about it. Prices are reasonable, but aren't amazingly cheap either. If you're looking for comfort food, this is the spot for you. more

A good place to go for a midnight snack 2/28/2006

In the Towson area, there aren't too many 24 hour restaurants--the Towson Diner is one of the only ones around that I know of. But with a very extensive menu including breakfast, lunch and dinner options--it's about the only one you need to know about. They have great prices and as I mentioned--if you're in the mood for a snack at 3am, this is one of few places you can go. If you go during the morning, there is quite the wait--but at night you shouldn't have a problem. more

Towson Diner 9/14/2005

The Towson Diner on York Road is always crowded with college students and senior citizens alike. The menu is large and they even have a liquor license for those mimosas and bloody Mary's in the morning!! You can have breakfast all day and night. Don't forget to save room for the homemade desserts - they are amazing. Parking can be a pain sometimes, but otherwise go check it out! more
