I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Townsend Cleaners. After years of loyal patronage to this establishment we ran into a series of problems. The first was that they lost a brand new Calvin Klein Suit and a belt that belonged to an expensive coat. Next, holes were returned in several of white men's dress shirts. We stopped into the cleaners on 4 different occasions trying to speak to someone about getting this remediated. We also called and left several messages for the woman who owns the cleaners. On our final attempt we asked that she please at least give us a phone call back in the next week. Silence. We will no longer be using the dry cleaners and suggest that you don't either. When a problem occurred they were suddenly nowhere to be seen or heard from. But when our credit card expired a few months back we received multiple phone calls directly from the owner to get that fixed.\r
