Happy to Renew My Lease! 11/14/2011

Just wanted to take a minute to give kudos to the place where I live. As an elderly person, it is comforting to know that I can rely on the management office at Towne Square Apartments. The girls in the office are so friendly and helpful. They always brighten my day when I come in to get mail or pay my rent. I also really like the young men who make up the maintenance team. Always helpful and prompt with the repairs needed. I have lived here for 5 years and just renewed my lease for another year. The property is so conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. I can just call Dial-a Ride, and they pick me up right in front of the office and take me wherever I need to go. I love it here! more

Happy living here 11/10/2011

This is my second year in this apartment. I really like the location, so close to everything ( lots of places close by to eat, shop and close to freeways). I also like that I have a washer and dryer in my apartment. more

Great Place to Rent 11/9/2011

Wow, I just love living here. The staff are very friendly and I really appreciate the fact that that the courtesy patrol person is a real police officer. It makes me feel very safe. The whole move in process was a breeze even though I didn't have the best of credit. I also was permitted to bring my golden lab, Buddy. Some complexes dont' allow large pets. So far so good and I recommend this place to everyone I meet more

NEW IN TOWN 8/11/2011

Just move here from Michigan. People, this place is HOT!! My hubby and I rented our apt at Towne Square sight unseen, with only the internet as our guide. We are pleasantly surprised to find that the property looks like the pics that we saw. Our apt was newly painted, clean and the carpet was in good condition upon our arrival. Kudos to the Towne Square staff for making was could have been a very stressful move very smooth instead! We love it here and would recommend it to those moving from out of state. more

Staff go that extra mile to make you feel at home and the location is first rate, near all major freeways and shopping.
