Towne Pharmacy is excellent! 12/21/2011

The nice folks at Towne Pharmacy make filling my prescriptions a pleasure. I look forward to my visits to the store whether it is to fill a prescription or just pick up a birthday card on my way home from work. Their location in the center of town makes them a convenient stop. I would recommend them to anyone who likes friendly, quick service with a more personal touch than the Walmart-style chain stores. Excellent Pharmacy with Superior Service 11/29/2011

If you are tired of being treated like a number and waiting in line at one of the chain pharmacies, then come here! They get to know ALL their customers and treat them all like their own family. You never walk away feeling like you dont understand instructions for your prescriptions. They take the time to talk to you and make sure you understand what your meds are and how to take them. If you can weather CHEAP SNOBBERY, by all means... 2/1/2011

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. The medication I take has 4 different DISTINCT varieties of it, and they automatically substitute WHAT MY DOCTOR WROTE for a cheaper generic that does not work anywhere near the level that the original does. It is ILLEGAL for them to do this, and the female pharmacist ROLLED HER EYES AT ME when I told her I needed what was written on the prescription, and told me it would be a week to get it. IT REQUIRES A 6 MINUTE PHONE CALL TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO GET THE DISPENSED AS WRITTEN BRAND!!! I would know, I was a Pharmacy Technician for a very long time. Bad pharmacy, I hope people can see past the bagels and ice cream at the local shops to head over to Rite Aid or the like. BAD. more

This is a family owned operation that has weathered the onslaught of the big chain pharmacies at a time when more and more people seem to want less personal service.
