Buying a new vehicle 6/24/2013

Joe Bauer made this the easiest experience that I have ever had buying a new vehicle. I thought that i wanted a truck, as I have always had in the past. But after driving the truck and a SUV, I was torn between the two. Joe was very patient and helpful in making my decision. The whole process was easy AND pleasant. Towne's friendly and professional service staff (Pat & Randy), provides a good description of the needed work up front, along with a cost estimate. The work is completed in a reasonable amount of time, usually while I wait, and the actual cost is always in line with the estimate. Towne has definitely earned my trust over the past four years since I purchased my Fusion Hybrid, and will continue to receive my business. more
