Love the Downing family! 10/1/2013

Had to wait too long! Got an oil chage tire rotation,usually an hour. I bought the weather tech floor mats when I was waiting asked them to put them in and vacuum first. Just the front ones mind you and it took two and a half hrs. Way too long, they knew I was upset but made no apologizes more
