SERVICE IS AWFUL!! 1/16/2015

Years ago Town North used to be a great dealer for servicing my 2003 Mazda 6. However, the past couple years they've really gone down hill. I used to deal specifically with, Mike R and Penny. They always took care of their repeat customer (12+ years). This dealer is so OVERPRICED! Their Customer Service SUCKS! CRAPPY SERVICE, NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT HOW LONG (YEARS) YOU'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER! AND NO SATURDAY SERVICE?? A V O I D THIS DEALER!! THEY PRETTY MUCH SUCK! more

Town North Mazda is bad news. 7/18/2011

I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Town North Mazda. Prior to puttiing 500 miles on the car, I had to invest 2800.00 in repairs to the car. Town North wanted to hear nothing of reimbersing me for the repairs. Phone calls were not returned and when I went into the Dealership to consult with the General Sales Manager, Donny Bobo he was always to busy to talk with me. This guy is a crook. Do not do business with Town North Mazda, there are too many other dealerships that value customer relationships. These guys are bad business people. Stay away! more

good service, nice lot 8/20/2005

i recently bought a Mazda3 from this dealership, and i was very satisfied with their performance. each and every member of the staff is well-informed, and they will come to your need. they are also friendly people, but formal when need be. the lot is fairly large with various cars to choose from. The service shop is right on location if you have ny collisions. more
