I was really impressed with Town & Country. First, I worked with [another agency]. They sent me six candidates, and I didn't like anyone they sent me. Then I started working with T&C, and Rosemarie [the Baby Nurse I hired] was the first person I met. Elizabeth really listened to me; she paid attention to what I needed and was looking for. Then she made the match. At [the other agency], no one was really listening to me. more

Reliable and capable support of the Town & Country 4/22/2011

I was just named Chief of Neurosurgery [at my hospital] (one of only a handful of women in the nation) - only possible because of the reliable and capable support of the individuals Town & Country placed in our home!! I tell Gina (our nanny of 14 years) every day, that because of her both [my husband] and I have been able to achieve high professional goals and raise sweet/loving children. We send the articles and news clips back to her family ... as well. I know they are very proud of what she does. more

I know that the weak state of the economy certainly helps in creating a good pool of candidates, but I suspect that my very positive experience with the search also reflects the way that you are identifying and matching candidates. We had [a Temporary Chef] yesterday for Father?s day - he was wonderful and food was terrific! ... We decided why pay for lousy take out weekly when we can have him come in once or twice a month at the same price, because he was great! He was very knowledgeable, very personable, friendly yet always professional and food was great! more
