Am a very pleased customer 3/23/2011

We worked with Joanne to find our first Nanny and it was one of the best experiences I have had in customer service. I am so often underwhelmed and was so surprised to be so overwhelmed by Joanne's competence, respect, responsiveness, accuracy and cheerful/warm personality. I looked forward to chatting with her about the process, knew she could answer my every question and also help me (a brand new Mom) navigate the waters of finding a Nanny. It was a pretty sad process for me as I was uncertain about going back to work and leaving my 4 month old with anyone. Joanne was so comforting and assuring that we would find someone who would make me feel ok about leaving. AND WE DID! I am sure you hear this feedback...all the time but I wanted to be sure! A very pleased customer. more

Using Town & Country I was about to able to choose my job 3/21/2011

I was offered so many possibilities through, so I didn't feel locked into a job I didn't really want - by using Town & Country I was about to able to choose my job. more

Just the kind of nanny we wanted 3/15/2011

Our Temporary Nanny is great! She got there early, she was totally professional, asked all the right questions, and jumped right in with the kids who really responded positively -- they were all playing "four square" in the back yard before I'd left, and had gotten so involved with her that they barely noticed me leaving! That's exactly the kind of response you hope to get from a Nanny, and makes a parent feel like the kids are in good hands. Thanks! more

If ever needed I'd use T& C again 3/14/2011

The process of interviewing and hiring childcare has always been a stressful subject for me, but I must say T&C do a great job of taking you (through) the steps. We worked with Cori Dobles who was great- very responsive to our needs, helpful suggestions, professional, warm and extremely easy to reach either by phone or email. The pool of candidates was of the highest quality and clearly screened ahead of time. We interviewed several and never felt pressured that we had to make a decision. We felt comfortable that there were enough great candidates that we could really just focus on the needs of our kid and wait for the right candidate. We finally hired a lovely young woman who has been fabulous. T&C still contacted me several timesover the year just to check in and offer support which also demonstrated their committment to having successful matches. Definitely worth the fees. I would use T&C again if ever needed! more

Sarah has always been exceptionally responsive. I feel so fortunate talking with her. It was better than expected. Sarah was very responsive to our needs during this process. She also had a great sense for who would be a fit for us. On short notice, she found us an amazing temporary nanny. And not too long after that, she found us our current nanny, who we are very happy with. more
