The process was easier than expected 12/21/2010

We really felt as though we couldn't go wrong with anyone. We were meeting the best of the best! Joanne held our hands from day one… and that is exactly what we needed. She never got pushy or frustrated, she just remained cool and walked us throught the process slowly. She acknowledged my nervous feelings as a new mom, and was constantly reassuring. She also displayed a tremendous business side, always professional and upfront. Sarah and Cora also offered us different perspectives on candidates, and were very wonderful in the process as well. Thank you so much for making this process much easier than expected. I will pass my thoughts on to all of the mom's-to-be! more

Joanne was great 12/16/2010

We worked with Joanne to find our first Nanny and it was one of the best experiences I have had in customer service. I am so often underwhelmed and was so surprised to be so overwhelmed by Joanne's competence, respect, responsiveness, accuracy and cheerful/warm personality. I looked forward to chatting with her about the process, knew she could answer my every question and also help me (a brand new Mom) navigate the waters of finding a Nanny. It was a pretty sad process for me as I was uncertain about going back to work and leaving my 4 month old with anyone. Joanne was so comforting and assuring that we would find someone who would make me feel ok about leaving. AND WE DID! I am sure you hear this feedback...all the time but I wanted to be sure! A very pleased customer. more

It was great! Everyone I worked with was very prompt and responsive. We had a glitch with a candidate that said she couldn't work for us on her first day because of personal issues. Joanne was right on it, offered temp services and got new candidates. We hired someone even better. more

(Our Nanny) really was quite the hero yesterday. She came in with books and appropriate toys she brought from home, which gave me a ton of immediate confidence so I could get back to work (exactly what I needed). She is someone who hits the ground running, does a great job, is very attentive, and the boys are always in great shape when I get home. more

Our Temporary Nanny is great! She got there early, she was totally professional, asked all the right questions, and jumped right in with the kids who really responded positively -- they were all playing "four square" in the back yard before I'd left, and had gotten so involved with her that they barely noticed me leaving! That's exactly the kind of response you hope to get from a Nanny, and makes a parent feel like the kids are in good hands. Thanks! more
