Very unprofessional, dis-honest 11/22/2013

The fence job itself was adequate but expensive - but they did not locate fence where they were told and that has created a nightmare of homeowner legal fighting on both sides of the fence and will cost thousands to resolve. They deny fault but stated after problem surfaces that they always run wide of property line if there is a tree in the way. Stay away from them. more

Horrible to work with! Don't PICK them! 8/20/2013

It was an absolute nightmare working with these guys! I wouldn't recommend them AT ALL! First off they go ahead and break our sprinkler pipe when they go to install the fence... when we call them, they say it is not their problem... and that we should be glad that they didn't break the GAS pipe!!! then when they install the fence... after we fixed the pipe... they install the fence right on top of the sprinkler head....so that it can't pop up and do its job!!! And again say that it is not their problem.... I mean honestly... are you BLIND! Don't go to them... even if they are the last fence installers in the WORLD! Do it yourself! more

Don't guarantee their work 5/8/2012

Six months after installing a cedar fence, the panel boards warped inward/outward and left/right. They claim to guarantee their work but after admitting that the boards had badly warped they said I would have to pay to correct the problem. The panels look so bad, I'm now going to pay someone else to cover the panels with bamboo. more

Don't care about building codes 8/11/2009

I have a neighbor who had a fence installed by them, and had to rip it out and redo it because it violated code. Yes, it's true that the homeowner is responsible for ensuring that construction is to code, however, when construction is in such blatant violation of code, the fencer should alert the owner to this. more

Town & Country 5/8/2006

We obtained multiple bids for our fence and the range of prices was disturbingly huge from big companies to independent contractors (don't use Lowe's or Home Depot!!). Town & Country was one of the lowest bids and I think they did a satisfactory job and got it done quick. But I think right now is their busy season. We have no complaints to date - putting up a fence isn't that hard of a job, just time consuming - it's the labor and cost of wood that you're paying for. They've done multiple homes in our neighborhood too using different styles and they all look fine. Also, I'd walk around the neighborhood and look at fences that you like and ask homeowners who put the fence up or sometimes you can see the company's sign still attached to a corner post on the outside. more
