If you rent here, know that they will screw you on move out costs when you leave. I am a business professional, lived there for 3 years and cared for my apartment as if I owned it. In fact, upon move in I noticed the carpet was dirty and spent $50 renting an carpet cleaner at the Home Depot and 3 hrs of my own time cleaning it. Upon move out, I spent an equal amount of care cleaning the apartment. To my dismay they withheld $130 from my security deposit for cleaning fees. I spoke to 3 different people at the office (Brie, Robin & the GM) and tried to understand these charges and explain to them that the apartment was in far better condition when I left then when I got there.
