Great overall experience 5/14/2012

I had the option of several appliance retailers for a kitchen remodel, and was pleasantly surprised by the salespeople at Town Appliance's level of knowledge, honesty (something we don't even expect any more) and professionalism. They made my appliance shopping experience a pleasant / enjoyable one. Thank you. Oh, and I Will definitely shop ther again. more

Bosch Dishwasher Purchase 5/10/2012

This appliance dealer handled my purchase of a top of the line Bosch Dishwasher in an extememely professional manner. I live in Oregon and they shipped it from their store in New Jersey. Excellent communication and prompt shipment. Delivery was handled in a manner that will have me going back to look at other appliances that we intend to replace in the near future. Many thanks to Town Appliance for their helpful and professional service!! more

Awful customer service 1/17/2012

The follow up customer service is horrible at Town Appliance. DO NOT buy any expensive appliance if you live out side the Lakewood/Ocean county area. They will sell you a Viking, Bosch, Wolf brand product, but NOT service it when the customer have a problem with the appliance. They don't travel far, and you can't get another authorized dealer to work on the product because you didn't buy it there. Buyer Beware more

Terrible Customer Service 6/27/2005

Customer service is horrendous at Town Appliance. I would not recommend doing business with this company simply due to the manner in which they treat their customers over the phone. I was apalled at how I was being treated and spoken to when I called to discuss a delivery error made by Town Appliance. more
