Towers Murray Plumbing

We called Towers Murray Plumbing in the late morning hoping for an estimate on a new main water line that same day, and Jim from Towers came over by early afternoon. I'll have to admit that I was pleasantly suprised when Jim called me back a couple of hours later with an extremely fair bid, and said they could start on it in a few days if we'd like them to, so we decided to have Towers Plumbing do the work. Jim said that they'd be there by 8:45am the following Wednesday, and they showed up at 8:30am. They took a lot of care so as to not damage our flower beds out front, or our lawn. They had the old galvanized pipe out, and the new copper pipe installed in no time at all. They not only cleaned up after themselves, but they also filled in the hole I dug looking for the leak. We got a new shut off valve inside the house, and a new stop-and-waste valve next to the meter. My wife and I are 1000% satisfied with Towers Plumbing!! My experience with Towers-Murray Plumbing was good. They came, gave me a quote, and also gave me some options. They told me some things that I didn't know. Towers-Murray was also competitive with their pricing. They did a complete new bathroom. They did the work on time, and under, what I thought, were some not normal circumstances. No one was in the house. They did a good job taking care of house and doing what I asked. This was not my first time using Towers-Murray Plumbing. My first project with them would have been in 1998. I would recommend them for anyone with a similar project. They did a good job. more

Towers Murray Plumbing is always there when I need them, spur of the moment or not. I have been using them for 30 years as a subcontractor. I think they have as good a service as any plumber in town, or better. The price is also equal or lower than a lot of people. Their work is wonderful with no problems. Jerry came out and assessed my house for a main water line. The price he gave me was fair and reasonable, especially when compared with other plumbers in the Salt Lake area. He explained the entire process and what components he would use to replace it. The crew was professional and efficient, and cleaned up without a trace of being there. My water service is restored without leaks. The office staff was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Towers plumbing for any plumbing job, large or small. I really felt like i could trust them and as it turns out they did an amazing job. more

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great, professional service.The gentlerman that came to my house was very thorough in looking for the cause of my leak. Once the cause was found and the fixed he was kind enough to clean the whole bathroom and cleaned up after himself. I had other companies previously come to my house, but by far Towers was the most curtious and reasonably priced company. more

I called and spoke with the owner regarding questions I had on my billing charges and asked for a breakdown, which I felt was reasonable considering I never recieved a bill but was being asked for a payment. It took me almost ten minutes to get an answer, and when I questioned something I was being billed for I was told to ""get a life lady"". I could not believe that this was the kind of customer service an owner of a company would provide. And further more he stated they were a reputable company and should not have to break the bill down... great answer! I am sorry, I guess when I am spending more than $500 for a few hours work I would like to know what I am being charged for. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Yes they are big ... but you pay for it! They charge almost 1 1/2 times the amount of other plumbers. If you are looking for quick service, don't count on this company. They are booked weeks out. The service is adequate, but the service definately does not match the high price. more
