AVOID - he's dishonest and a crook 8/25/2014

I brought my computer in because my screen went black and I was unable to boot up. He was not professional from the start but since he had my "life" on that computer - I would overlook this. Two days later he said that I need a whole new computer. When asked what happen he was vague and couldn't give me a clear answer. When I asked for details he said it would cost me extra for that. He was rude, sarcastic and very snarky. When I asked for my computer back he kept my boot up drive with all of my software. I didn't find this out until I took it to a real professional. more
