This is written with a feeling of great appreciation for the wonderful treatment my wife, Pasha, and I received during our recent ""car buying"" experience at your facility. From get go, the welcome greeting expressed to us by Phil Perrone we felt was warm and sincere. As we hail from Hawaii, the Aloha impact was immediate. Thanks Phil! We advised him that we were there to look at a Dodge Avenger. He advised that he was in the midst of a business concern and graciously suggested that Abdul Hamed was available to assist us. Upon meeting Abdul, he served as a knowledgeable source of information in responding to our questions. To cut a long story short, Abdul ""sold"" both the wife and myself on purchasing a Charger model. His manner throughout was absolutely courteous and informative, never for a moment ""pressing"". To you Abdul, thank you. Ultimately Abdul introduced us to Rennie Roopchand who assisted in finalizing our pre-purchase concerns. I was more than skeptical about shopping Towbin. While the infomercials are entertaining I wasn't sure what it was going to be like in person. Luckily it was great. These folks know cars and seem like they're having fun and actually enjoy what they're doing. The best part was I did get a price almost $800 lower on my Ram. I'd go back. Pros: great atmosphere, selection and price Cons: It's a little on the cheesy side more

HORRIBLE! They did not even go with the financial institution that I said that I required for purchase. Also they charged me over 3000K$ for my so called extended warranty. I brought the car into service and nothing was covered under warranty. RIP OFF!!! I was also sold a car with pending problems that were not covered under warranty. Horrible service. Nothing good came out of this purchase. NEVER buy from this auto dealer. Worst ever and lie about deals, promises, and only want to make money off of crappy parts they sell you. Worst dealership in LV by far!! Pros: none! Cons: all more
