Memorial weekend was a WRECKED WEEKEND......I decided to take my family to Florida in a vacation package, first time with this company...Tourico holidays... WORST...WORST....WORST.....I paid for the vacation package and we was off......we got to the airport, ready to check in.......wow...they did not include one of my children in the package....we had to pay almost $600,00 to go and $400 return airfare.....for that one child in addition. ...almost $1000.00 for 4days WOW....The hotel was a waste.....I had to pay almost $30 per night parking fee.... The other package deal a waste........my first and last....... Please before you purchase any online of any so called deals....READ THEIR REVIEWS FIRST. I'm still trying to get back something ANYTHING.......this was my first family vacation in my loving country the USA....The addition plane ticket was our spending money........we had to go to Walmart and buy bagel, cream cheese , juice , milk and cereal .....and we ate that for the whole vacation stay .....we have not ate a hot meal until we got back home.....HOME SWEET HOME............................................Back to work with the remaining $20 until I get paid again....... more

Unfortunately I am another victim of Tourico Holidays. Hotel did not charge, I got certificate from the Hotel they did not do any charge, but they keep the funds and do not give me the credit that belong to me. Keep away more

Don't use them!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! A HOTEL I BOOKED WAS UNDER MAJOR CONSTRUCTION WITH NONE OF THE AMMENITIES THEY ADVERTISED!!!!! They did not advertise the construction and only told me AFTER I booked!!!! They said if I cancelled I would be charged the full fare!!!!\r \r Don't use them! DON'T USE THEM!!! Don't use Tourico, lastminutetravel etc. They operate under several names....this company has such low prices for hotels, activities, etc, because it is fake. You will show up at the hotel and the hotel will not have your reservation. You call the customer service line and they are of no help--they say the hotel should have your reservation, but the hotel says it doesn't, so you are left standing there. Meanwhile, Tourico has charged your credit card...I also had a friend who bought tickets to an event from them. He showed up at the event and the tickets were declined. The venue said the tickets were invalid. Of course Tourico charged his cc. If you read all the negative reviews, you'll see why you should stay away from them. The positive reviews sound really fake and anyone can go in (probably their ""employees"") and write them. STAY AWAY! more

I am on hold forever - they keep trying to charge my amex from this website (tourico) and I have never heard of them! Over $800 - I believe they stole my amex number! Thank goodness amex refused the charge! Cons: I was charged by them on my amex - never heard of them! more

because of a international fee they charge and dont tell you about i was put in the rears with my bank to the tune of 110.00 which they told me they would refunded back to me............ i wont hold my breath...and they did not.It was the first time i used them and the last.travel plans use expdia there great with no hidden fees......stick with what ya know so much for trying a new company last minute travel would be my last choice aka tourico holidays....not recommended .........jaxs in ocala fl more

I have booked one of hotels in NY on some websites, and I had a bad experience at the hotel, so I wanted to get refund from them (not Tourico). However, I called the company so many times and left messages, they never got back to me!! Also, I thought I I finally reached one of people, it was a horrible customer service!! so I decided to call the number which was for Tourico Holidays and asked them if they could help me to get a hold of the agent and money back. Tourico tried to help me a lot with a great customer service. Unfortunately, I have booked the hotel thru the online (not Tourico), so there was nothing they could do for me, but they were really helpful and professional. more

tourico screwed up my honeymoon real bad. they are not dependable. they are hard to contact. i will never use this again more
