I recently received a referral by a family member when deciding on where to go for a hair weave because I have never had the service performed. We trust family members, right? Welllll ... so wrong on this referral.
First of all the place is a DUMP, did I say DUMP? That's just what it was. When I arrived, the door was locked, however, this place was open for business.
SIGN #1! OKAY. The technician braided my hair and began sewing and all seemed well. UNTIL... the technician realized that she was running out of hair. So she removed a layer from the back of my head and continued to sew the front.
SIGN #2 was that she was not licensed to cut so she had to engage the services of another technician who made me feel like she was bothered that she had to stay and cut my hair. This heifer made no bones about saying that she did not want to stay, however she did. So what do you do? I don't want these chicks to jack me up for feeding into their drama.
SIGN #3, I had to use the bathroom and clear as day was a sign that says if I can recall, ""if you are not satisfied once you've been serviced, you cannot return for a redo"". Needless to say, these heifer's knew that my hair was not professionally serviced because there was not enough hair and either one recommended that I return with more hair.
The DUMP was closing and it was late and unsafe in the area, so I left.
Oh, but wait, SIGN #4, you had to pay in cash only.
SIGN #5, the owner called after I posted a complaint to the website and she was VERY customer service illiterate. She was more concerned about gettin' wit' these fools up on Candler Road than she was with acknowledging that I was dis-serviced.
DO NOT PATRONIZE TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL BECAUSE YOU WILL BE TOUCHED BY SOME D$#% FOOLS, 4 REAL.
