These guys replaced my windshield while I was visiting relatives, bad problem to have while away from home, I couldn't drive all the way back to NC with a busted windshield, it had to be done right and right away. The work was done quick, the price was competitive with the others in the area and they were recommended. The place has a very fast paced, no B.S. energy, in and out, quick and efficient. If you want to cuddle, you will need to go to a dealer or somewhere more expensive and get killed on price. The owner is a character, as some of the other reviews pointed out, but that's fine by me, I'm not there on a date, he's straight up, nice enough for the glass shop guy, not that I care and didn't waste my time. more

I was driving back from a road trip when a stone flew up and hit my windshield. Thankfully I made it all the way home safely. I found touch of glass on the internet and decided to give them a try. I went the next morning bright and early and they took care of me 1, 2, 3. The two ladies in the office were very nice. The boss came in while I was there. He was a character and everyone laughed with him. Overall I was pleased with the service and work performed. more

This place is Italian ghetto owned. They sent two junkies to my home to replace a window. One guy named Al demanded a tip while the other guy stood in my bathroom for 40 minutes. My wife was frightened. I reported them. Unless your a drug dealer don't go to them. more

I had to have my windshield replaced and found Touch of Glass on the web. The shop was very busy when I got there and I worried about how long the wait would be. The guy who ran the shop barked alot of orders at the workers, but because he ran such a tight ship, I was in and out in no time. I would def recommend this shop to a friend. Fair prices, good service!! more

Glass repair 1/3/2012

I recently had my car broken into and need to replace one of my rear quarter light windows. My insurance company was not cooperating but after reading some great reviews I called Touch of Glass. These guys took care of it on the same day for a fair price. This made my day, will be recommending! more

Best auto glass repair shop in town 10/6/2011

The windshield of my car was recently damaged (long story). I found Touch of Glass online and decided they were right for the job. Their prices were cheaper than any other auto glass repair shop I looked at. Their service was absolutely fantastic. I called them and they came to my apartment. I was shocked at how quickly they finished. They were a really nice group of guys. Honestly, the quality of their service was so good, that I would've been fine with paying them more. My windshield is still in perfect shape after 3 months and I've had no problems. These guys were great and I'll definitely be calling them in the future, if I end up needing some glass repaired. I highly recommend them. more

HORRIBLE BUISNESS..CLOSE DOWN AMATUERS 8/21/2011

I went to touch of glass for a windshield the price was good so i did the job i went back 5 times with heavy water leakage and they kept giving excuses.I hate that place i finally got to the point where i drove to the other side of bklyn to another place where i hadda pay 100$ to take it in and out but it was well worth it we just got this heavy rain for a week and not a drip of water ..FU Touch of glass more

They always do a good job. 5/24/2011

I seem to have no luck with the glass on my car or maybe someone just really hates me...either way my windshield and driver's side window have been broken more often than is normal. When that happens, I always know who I can turn to. Touch of Glass always fixes it the same day. One time I got there at 4 and they close at 5:30 and they still fixed it for me. Their prices are fair and they always do a good job. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Call ahead to make sure they have what you need. more

Horrible Horrible service.... The same this happened to me like the other one star review. Got my windows tinted and they did a HORRIBLE job. I went back for them to fix it and the short loud guy who is either the manager or the owner or whatever couldn't care less... at one point of the conversation he even denying doing my tinting at all!!!! I had to show him a receipt to prove it!!! After that he said ""Well, I guess you'll have to take me to small claims court buddy"" and walked away.... I waited longer to talk to him and he just pretended I wasn't there.... While I waited I got to see him degrade and curse at his staff and fight with other customers..... how is this guy is buisness????? more
