I am very happy I chose them for my custom hardwood floors. They are absolutely beautiful. The crew was very professional and clean. The manager helped me a lot with my selection. He is very informed and didn't mind my hundred questions! If I need remodeling again I would go back to Touch Studio in a heart beat. Pros: Excellence more

I had my floors and countertops done with them. The stone crew are very detailed and clean. I absolutely loved them. I also had custom wood installed in the dinning room and living room. I used them for remodeling my masterbath and wood floors for my entire downstairs. His price was not the lowest and I know why. The tile crew were absolutely wonderful. Very detailed and clean. Smooth Experience 8/7/2008

They were recommended by a friend. I had my Master Bathroom remodeled by them and my living room and dinning room hardwood floors. My master bath was a hard project with stone slabs installed. The crew was amazingly caring, professional and detailed. I love the Stone Crew. No language barrier and very polite. I also love my hardwood. I knew that since they are well known for their custom wood floors. I would recommend them to everyone. more

Avoid them 12/26/2007

Avoid them. They installed my hardwood floors and I paid them in full. One month later I got a letter that they never paid for the wood and there was going to be lien on my house. They claimed that they were negotiating with the wood company, but I was getting threatening letters. Cons: Lien on my house!! more

I had my custom floors done with them. I love my staircase. very professional. On time and polite crew. Checked them with the Triple A and Ca Contracting Board and was even happier when found out they never had any complains in their records. more

I've had my hardwood floors with them. Never did it right and never answered my phone calls or came back to fix it. They promised quality and serive for their high prices. The high price is the only thing they delivered. Cons: lack of service more

Be ware and shop 2/13/2007

He hides the name of the products 2/2/2007

If you look at the samples you will notice that the name of the company has been scraped. He does this so you can not shop his high prices. There should no need to hide if you are fair. Cons: Hides some company names and calls them custom more

They do not seem to like the truth 7/27/2006

The owner tried to get extra money from me and my very old father. He sold us a normal hardwood and called it custom to raise the price. The Job was not done on time and I would never ever go back to them. Cons: Not good more
