Touch is a really pretty salon and I very much wanted to like it. I was told to go there to get my makeup done for a special charity event. The person who did my makeup showed up late (with no apology) and then took forever to do my makeup, not because she was being careful but because she kept stopping to chat with her coworkers and other customers. I guess I wouldn't have minded her making me late if the makeup had looked great, but it was awful. I had been pretty clear about wanting a natural but polished look, and I ended up looking like I was ready to work a corner. Seriously, even my husband told me I looked like a sweet potato because I was so orange, and I ended up having to wash my face (a few times) and do it over. She also tried to sell me products after making me late and orange. Not a good experience.
Pros: Nice space and location, friendly people
Cons: Not professional
