Totally Awesome Computers

I bought a computer at Totally Awesome and bought the lifetime free service agreement. Each time I have to call them they tell me the turn-around time will be 24 hours. I've had to wait up to 4 days for the computer to come back home. It wouldn't be so bad if they would TELL me it would take 4 days to fix it. They consistently say it will be 24 hours and they have only met that guess one time. more

When my parents computer died a while back I needed some parts to repair it. I went to totally awesome computers to get the replacement parts I needed. It happened to be a video card. When they found out I wasn't there to buy a PC they seemed less willing to help me get what I needed. I did end up getting the part and it was pretty much the price that the rest of the market place would charge. I found their customer service to be some what lacking and this is something they pride themselves on in their commercials. It shouldn't matter whether I am buying a system or parts. A customer is a customer. If you need parts you might want to use them as a last resort. If you need a system you might want to see them first. They do offer a lifetime service guarantee on all system. more
